Institute schedule and mode of working
During the semesters the school buildings for staff and students are open from 8:00am to 22:00pm (on Monday – Friday), from 9.00am to 16.00pm (at the weekends and holidays). Entering into the Institute buildings is possible strictly with student, post-graduate and University staff identity cards. During the exams period and on summer holidays individual orders permit to enter into the Institute. The operation of the Institute during holidays is prescribed by the resolutions of the Russian Federation Government and by the Institute orders.
The library is open on six-day working week schedule:
On weekdays - from 9.00 am to 7.00 pmOn Saturday - from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Administrative services work on five-day working week schedule. Receiving visitors carries out from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (the lunch break time is from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm). For the staff, planning and finance and accounting departments is fixed special time for working with documents.
